The MSPCA Cape Adoption Center will be holding a series of low cost cat spay/neuter clinics for low income families throughout 2012. Female cats will be $25 and male cats will be $10, which includes the spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccine and flea preventative.
